Zensoul keeps birth details device-first and sends only reduced blueprint information when AI features are used.
Information you provide
You may enter a nickname, birth details, gender, city, account email, questions for AI features, and support messages. Birth details are used to create your blueprint and are stored on your device by default.
When you sign in, Zensoul may use your account identifier to sync membership state, restore purchases, and protect paid features.
AI features
When AI is used, Zensoul sends generated blueprint-related information, gender, and necessary age-stage information. We do not send your name, exact birth date and time, or birthplace as part of the AI prompt.
AI output is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
Purchases and membership
Zensoul uses Apple in-app purchase and RevenueCat to verify 365-day non-renewing membership access. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, transaction status, product identifiers, and entitlement status.
Zensoul stores reduced membership status needed to unlock features. We do not store full App Store receipts in the app backend.
Account and device data
Local blueprint records, cached AI output, export files, and device settings may be stored on your device. If you sign in, server-side account records may include account identifiers, entitlement state, sync metadata, and privacy-conscious AI job records.
You can clear device data inside the app. Account deletion removes the Zensoul account and server-side account data that Zensoul controls, while App Store purchase history remains managed by Apple.
Third-party services
Zensoul may use Supabase for authentication and backend data, RevenueCat for purchase verification, Apple and Google for sign-in where enabled, and AI providers to generate requested text.
We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising tracking.
