Zensoul is designed to keep personal reflection records device-first and to use only necessary information for AI features.
Information you provide
You may enter a nickname, birth details, gender, city, account email, questions for AI features, and support messages. Personal records are stored on your device by default.
When you sign in, Zensoul may use your account identifier to sync membership state, restore purchases, and protect paid features.
Optional relationship invitations
If someone uses a Zensoul invitation, the invited person may choose to submit a name or nickname, birth date, exact or unknown birth time, and a selected birth city. The city record includes catalog coordinates and a time zone needed for chart calculation; Zensoul does not read the device's live GPS location for this feature.
This information is stored temporarily with the inviter's account identifier. The invitation expires seven days after creation. It is deleted after the inviter successfully imports it; unreceived expired data is removed by scheduled cleanup. The invited person must confirm and consent before sending.
AI features
With your AI sharing permission, Zensoul sends necessary generated blueprint information, gender, age-stage information, your questions, and relevant conversation or report excerpts to Google Gemini to generate the interpretation you request. AI sharing permission is separate from usage analytics. You can withdraw it in the app to stop new AI requests; saved content remains available.
Zensoul does not automatically include the name, exact birth date and time, or birthplace from your saved birth details in the AI prompt. Information you choose to type into questions or conversations may be included in the request, so avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed.
AI answers are for self-reflection and self-awareness. They are not medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.
Purchases and membership
Zensoul uses the applicable purchase platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) and RevenueCat to verify purchases and subscriptions. Advanced annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the purchasing store. Cancelling renewal normally keeps access until the paid period ends; refunds or revocations may end access earlier. Previously purchased fixed-term memberships remain subject to their original purchase terms.
For verification, renewal, restoration, and fraud prevention, Zensoul and its purchase providers may process account associations, purchase and product identifiers, transaction status, subscription periods, and entitlement status. Zensoul retains the necessary purchase-verification and membership records; the app backend does not store full App Store receipts.
Account and device data
Local records, saved AI answers, export files, and device settings may be stored on your device. If you sign in, Zensoul may keep account identifiers, membership status, restore-purchase information, and records needed to provide support and app features.
You can clear device data inside the app. Account deletion deletes or anonymizes app-controlled account data; limited records may be retained when necessary for purchase verification, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Store purchase history remains managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Zensoul account does not cancel a store subscription; manage renewal in the purchasing store's subscription settings.
Third-party services
Zensoul uses Supabase for authentication and backend data, RevenueCat and the applicable app store for purchase verification, Apple or Google for sign-in where enabled, and Google Gemini for requested AI interpretations. Each receives the information needed for its role as described above.
We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising tracking.
Optional usage analytics
Only if you choose to allow it, Zensoul sends limited product-usage events: a fixed page or feature event, visible page duration, app version, platform, and interface language. These analytics events do not include your nickname, birth details, city, blueprint, questions, AI output, account ID, advertising ID, or persistent device identifier, and are not linked to your identity.
Raw events use a 30-day retention window, and non-identifying daily aggregates a 90-calendar-day window. Cleanup is scheduled daily to remove data outside these windows; if a run fails, removal occurs on the next successful run. You can decline or turn analytics off in the app at any time; no new usage events are sent after you turn it off.
For delivery, security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention, infrastructure providers may temporarily process network information such as IP address. Zensoul's analytics records do not store IP addresses. We do not use these analytics for advertising, selling personal data, or cross-app or cross-site tracking.

保存された出生情報の呼び名、正確な出生日時、出生地を AI プロンプトに自動で追加することはありません。質問や会話に自分で入力した情報は送信される場合があるため、解読に不要な機微情報の入力は避けてください。
AI の回答は自己理解と振り返りのためのものです。医療、法律、金融、メンタルヘルス、その他専門的な助言ではありません。
購入と会員
Zensoul は購入先のプラットフォーム（Apple App Store または Google Play）と RevenueCat を通じて購入とサブスクリプションを確認します。高階版の年額サブスクリプションは、購入したストアで解約しない限り自動更新されます。更新を解約しても通常は支払い済み期間の終了まで利用できますが、返金や購入の取り消しにより早く終了する場合があります。以前購入した期間固定型メンバーシップには元の購入条件が適用されます。
購入確認、更新、復元、不正防止のため、Zensoul と購入サービス提供者はアカウントの関連付け、購入・商品識別子、取引状態、購読期間、利用権限の状態を処理する場合があります。Zensoul は必要な購入確認と会員記録を保持しますが、アプリのバックエンドに App Store の完全なレシートは保存しません。
アカウントと端末データ
端末内の記録、保存された AI の回答、書き出しファイル、端末設定は端末に保存される場合があります。サインインすると、Zensoul はアカウント識別子、会員状態、購入復元情報、サポートとアプリ機能の提供に必要な記録を保存する場合があります。
アプリ内で端末データを削除できます。アカウント削除ではアプリが管理するアカウントデータを削除または匿名化しますが、購入確認、不正防止、法的義務に必要な限定的な記録を保持する場合があります。ストアの購入履歴は Apple または Google が管理します。Zensoul アカウントの削除では購読は解約されません。購入したストアの購読設定で更新を管理してください。
第三者サービス
Zensoul は認証とバックエンドデータに Supabase、購入確認に RevenueCat と購入先のアプリストア、有効な場合のサインインに Apple または Google、依頼された AI 解読に Google Gemini を使用します。各サービスには、上記の役割に必要な情報が渡されます。

이 정보는 초대한 사람의 계정 식별자와 함께 임시 저장됩니다. 초대는 생성 후 7일 동안 유효합니다. 초대한 사람이 정상적으로 가져오면 삭제되며, 수신되지 않은 만료 데이터는 예약된 정리 작업으로 삭제됩니다. 전송 전에 초대받은 사람이 직접 확인하고 동의해야 합니다.
AI 기능
AI 정보 공유에 동의하면 Zensoul은 요청한 해석을 생성하기 위해 필요한 생성된 청사진 정보, 성별, 연령대, 질문 및 관련 대화나 보고서 발췌문을 Google Gemini에 전송합니다. 이 동의는 사용 분석과 별개입니다. 앱에서 동의를 철회하면 새로운 AI 요청이 중단되며, 이미 저장된 내용은 계속 볼 수 있습니다.
저장된 출생 정보의 호칭, 정확한 출생 일시 또는 출생지를 AI 프롬프트에 자동으로 추가하지 않습니다. 질문이나 대화에 직접 입력한 정보는 요청에 포함될 수 있으므로 해석에 불필요한 민감한 정보는 입력하지 마세요.
AI 답변은 자기 성찰과 자기이해를 위한 것입니다. 의료, 법률, 금융, 정신건강 또는 기타 전문 조언이 아닙니다.
구매와 멤버십
Zensoul은 해당 구매 플랫폼(Apple App Store 또는 Google Play)과 RevenueCat을 통해 구매와 구독을 확인합니다. 고급판 연간 구독은 구매한 스토어에서 취소하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다. 갱신을 취소해도 일반적으로 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있지만, 환불이나 구매 취소로 권한이 더 일찍 종료될 수 있습니다. 이전에 구매한 고정 기간 멤버십에는 기존 구매 조건이 적용됩니다.
구매 확인, 갱신, 복원 및 부정 사용 방지를 위해 Zensoul과 구매 서비스 제공업체는 계정 연결, 구매·상품 식별자, 거래 상태, 구독 기간 및 권한 상태를 처리할 수 있습니다. Zensoul은 필요한 구매 확인 및 멤버십 기록을 보관하며, 앱 백엔드에 전체 App Store 영수증을 저장하지 않습니다.
계정 및 기기 데이터
기기 내 기록, 저장된 AI 답변, 내보낸 파일, 기기 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다. 로그인하면 Zensoul은 계정 식별자, 멤버십 상태, 구매 복원 정보, 지원과 앱 기능 제공에 필요한 기록을 저장할 수 있습니다.
앱 안에서 기기 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 앱이 관리하는 계정 데이터를 삭제하거나 익명화하며, 구매 확인, 부정 사용 방지 또는 법적 의무에 필요한 제한된 기록은 보관할 수 있습니다. 스토어 구매 내역은 Apple 또는 Google이 관리합니다. Zensoul 계정을 삭제해도 스토어 구독은 취소되지 않습니다. 구매한 스토어의 구독 설정에서 갱신을 관리하세요.
제3자 서비스
Zensoul은 인증 및 백엔드 데이터에 Supabase, 구매 확인에 RevenueCat과 해당 앱 스토어, 활성화된 경우 로그인에 Apple 또는 Google, 요청한 AI 해석에 Google Gemini를 사용합니다. 각 서비스에는 위에서 설명한 역할에 필요한 정보가 전달됩니다.

선택적 사용 분석
명시적으로 허용한 경우에만 Zensoul은 제한된 제품 사용 이벤트를 전송합니다. 여기에는 고정된 페이지 또는 기능 이벤트, 화면 표시 시간, App 버전, 플랫폼 및 인터페이스 언어가 포함됩니다. 분석 이벤트에는 닉네임, 출생 정보, 도시, 청사진, 질문, AI 출력, 계정 ID, 광고 식별자 또는 지속적인 기기 식별자가 포함되지 않으며 사용자의 신원과 연결되지 않습니다.
원시 이벤트는 30일, 개인을 식별하지 않는 일별 집계는 달력 기준 90일의 보관 기간을 기준으로 관리합니다. 기간이 지난 데이터를 삭제하는 작업은 매일 실행되도록 예약되어 있으며, 실패한 경우 다음에 작업이 성공적으로 실행될 때 삭제됩니다. 분석을 거부하거나 App 안에서 언제든지 끌 수 있으며, 끈 뒤에는 새 사용 이벤트가 전송되지 않습니다.
전송, 보안, 속도 제한 및 악용 방지를 위해 인프라 제공업체가 IP 주소와 같은 네트워크 정보를 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다. Zensoul의 분석 기록에는 IP 주소를 저장하지 않습니다. 이 분석은 광고, 개인 데이터 판매 또는 App 간·사이트 간 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
