Zensoul lets signed-in users request account deletion from inside the app.
How to delete your account
Open Zensoul, go to the account or membership area, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, contact support@zensoul.app from the email address connected to your account.
Deletion is intended to remove your Zensoul account and the account data Zensoul controls.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes or anonymizes server-side account records, membership mappings stored by Zensoul, sync metadata, AI job records, AI memory summaries, report records, and related app-controlled data where technically possible.
The app also clears local account state on the device after deletion succeeds.
Purchases
Apple App Store purchase history is managed by Apple and is not deleted by Zensoul. RevenueCat may retain purchase verification records needed to prevent fraud and support restore purchases.
If you create a new Zensoul account later, use Restore Purchases to verify eligible App Store purchases again.
Retention
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, purchase verification, or operational logs. We keep retained data limited to what is necessary.
