Please include the issue, your device type, app version, and whether the question is about account access, membership, restore purchases, data deletion, or an AI answer. Do not send full birth details, purchase receipts, or private screenshots unless support asks for a specific safe detail.

Purchases

Advanced is an annual auto-renewing subscription. If paid access is missing, sign in to the Zensoul account and use the Apple account used for the purchase, then tap Restore Purchases in the app. Subscription access follows the current owner verified by the purchase service; the same subscription does not grant access to two Zensoul accounts. Manage or cancel renewal in App Store subscription settings; cancelling renewal keeps access until the paid period ends.

Refunds and App Store purchase history are handled by Apple.

Report an AI answer

If an AI answer feels harmful, unsafe, or clearly wrong, use the in-app report option. You can also email support@zensoul.app with a short description.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion inside the app. See the account deletion page for details about what is deleted and what remains managed by Apple.
