Please include the issue, your device type, app version, and whether the question is about account access, membership, restore purchases, data deletion, or AI output. Do not send full birth details, purchase receipts, API keys, or private screenshots unless support asks for a specific safe detail.
Purchases
Zensoul memberships are 365-day non-renewing purchases. If paid access is missing, sign in with the account you want to use, then tap Restore Purchases in the app.
Refunds and App Store purchase history are handled by Apple.
AI output reports
If an AI answer feels harmful, unsafe, or wrong, use the in-app AI output report option. You can also email support@zensoul.app with a short description.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion inside the app. See the account deletion page for details about what is deleted and what remains managed by Apple.
