These terms explain how Zensoul may be used and what its memberships include.

Use of Zensoul

Zensoul is a self-reflection app for exploring personal questions, relationship patterns, and self-understanding through private records and AI-assisted writing.

The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Zensoul for urgent, safety-critical, or professional decisions.

Membership

Advanced is an annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, it renews for another year at the applicable App Store price. You can manage or cancel renewal in App Store subscription settings. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the paid period ends. Refunds follow Apple App Store policies.

Advanced includes up to 20 saved blueprints and 30 AI points per day, with Ask Heart, deep reports and compatibility readings. The App Store purchase sheet shows the final local price before purchase. Previously purchased fixed-term memberships retain their original terms.

Restore purchases

To restore an eligible purchase after reinstalling, sign in to the Zensoul account and use the Apple account used for that purchase, then select Restore Purchases. Subscription access follows the current owner verified by the purchase service; the same subscription does not grant access to two Zensoul accounts. Deleting your Zensoul account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage renewal in App Store subscription settings.

App Store purchase records are managed by Apple. Zensoul can delete or anonymize app account data it controls, but cannot erase Apple's purchase history.

AI answers

AI answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Use them as starting points for reflection, not as final judgments or instructions.

You can report an AI answer from inside the app so we can review safety and quality issues.

User responsibilities

Use the app lawfully, do not attempt to abuse paid access, bypass limits, attack the service, or upload harmful or illegal content.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.

Google Play on Android

On Android, Advanced is an annual auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play. The purchase screen shows the final local price. Unless cancelled before the next billing period, it renews yearly at the applicable store price. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling renewal retains access until the verified paid period ends; refunds follow Google Play policies.

To restore a Google Play purchase, sign in to Zensoul, use the Google account that holds the purchase, and select Restore Purchases. Access follows the current owner and period verified by the purchase service. Each subscription has one current Zensoul owner. Restoring an expired purchase does not extend its expiry.

Deleting your Zensoul account does not cancel store subscriptions or stop billing. Cancel each subscription in the store where you purchased it if you no longer want to renew. You can delete your Zensoul account without cancelling first. Store purchase history remains with the store.
