Use of Zensoul
Zensoul is a self-reflection app inspired by traditional culture. It helps you view personality patterns, relationship patterns, and personal questions through generated blueprints and AI writing.
The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Zensoul for urgent, safety-critical, or professional decisions.
Membership
Paid Zensoul memberships are 365-day non-renewing in-app purchases. They do not renew automatically. After the access period ends, you may purchase again if you want continued paid access.
Membership features, AI usage limits, record limits, and available tools may differ by plan. The App Store purchase sheet shows the final local price before you buy.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or create a new Zensoul account after deleting an account, use Restore Purchases to ask Apple and RevenueCat to verify eligible purchases again.
App Store purchase records are managed by Apple. Zensoul can delete or anonymize app account data it controls, but cannot erase Apple's purchase history.
AI output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Use it as a reflective prompt, not as a final judgment or instruction.
You can report AI output from inside the app so we can review safety and quality issues.
User responsibilities
Use the app lawfully, do not attempt to abuse paid access, bypass limits, attack the service, or upload harmful or illegal content.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.
